FAQ
I recently came to posess a number of objects that seem to be quite old, but I can't be sure they are. Can I bring them to HCC to have them dated?

From time to time, HCC has given opportunities for students and workers in the cultural materials conservation sector to work with us for short periods of time as interns. Internships provide useful practical working training in the field of conservation, particularly within the South East Asian context.
Coming Year 2012, the conservation department will be accepting interns for 6-to 12 weeks periods. They can choose to be attached to one of the following specialist conservation sections - paper, paintings, objects or textiles.
If you are interested to apply for an internship with us in 2012, please read this information booklet carefully, and then complete the application form which can be downloaded from the link below. Applications may be submitted via email or post between 16 December 2011 to 31 Jan 2012. Application forms received after 31 January 2012 will not be accepted.
